Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

• To start a return, contact us at fleaoutlet@gmail.com with your order number

• Please do not send items back without first contacting us for return approval.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• If you need an exchange, email us at fleaoutlet@gmail.com

Shipping for Returns

• You’ll be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

• For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as any customs duties or taxes. Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

Non-returnable Items

• Perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards cannot be returned.
